Lightning 9: The Reminder's Reminder

Since she came back from the Holy Land, since she gave me that unresistable package of chocolate, I've become indebted with The Reminder. I thought it will be enough if I just thanked her and everything will back to normal. But when she asked a chocolate treat in return, I just don't know how long I can say "Next time" or "I forgot" or "Now I'm saving money" or anything that doesn't (but it is) sound like excuses.

I know, she did not really mean it (If it was The Meanie Maiden, maybe she'll actually mean it, haha), but me myself want to give something back to her. Neither out of indebt nor because I have to. Sincerely, just to please myself by showing her some of my appreciation.

But lately, when she keeps reminding me about that, its becoming a little bit annoying, especially when I am not in good mood (when I have lot of works undone or when I lose a card battle). But it is also makes me happy. If not because of that, there will be no way I can express my friendship to her. Yeah, our friendship is not by trading praises or by hanging out together often, but by keep annoying the other. Classic!
